I think it's because their Jobs..... don't need Free Trade or Fair Trade arguments. Doctors, Lawyers, Computer Scientists.....

Most of the Jobs leaking away are Blue Collar Jobs.

Exactly. Most millenials and Gen Zers aren't looking forward to working in a factory.
Then they should expect to continue to compete for work in the fluctuating job markets we've witnessed since we've become a post-industrial economy. Take for example the millenials who have taken out huge loans for their education, but aren't prepared for the real world when they find their degree in philosophy is useless unless they double down and enter academia. These people won't have a choice, and frankly, they deserve to be crushed under the weight if they can't even work at a factory in the interim.

I actually am studying Chemistry..... Teaching at a High School Level but.....

But then we should encourage the STEM Fields ! Science, Technology, Engineering and Math ! In fact for those who lost their Jobs due to the Trade Fiasco, we should offer Retraining Programs so that they could also enter the 21st Century Workforce.....

This is the biggest reason why they lost in 2016; completely out of touch with the concerns of the working class in the Midwest. Haven't learned a thing from that.

Personally all the blue collar working class people can go pound sand. Give them the black treatment, tell them they're lazy and entitled for thinking the government should bring their jobs back. Tell them to get an education and work harder and that the government owes them nothing. Then watching the RAGE and HOWLING that would come out of what they tell another poor and struggling community to do.
Nonsense. Black Rustbelt workers have been severely affected by outsourcing -perhaps even more so than whites.

But the Solution is not to tear up every single Trade deal we ever had ? Globalization will happen ! But we could offer Retraining Programs or a Universal Basic Income.

I know you can't recreate the past. What I object to is those who want to accelerate this process rather than curtail it as much as possible.

That reminds me. Have you read TD's Political Timeline ?

Young people have almost universally the best political views in this country.

Ron Paul>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Mitt Romney. Bernie Sanders>>>>>>>>>>>>Hillary Clinton.

However, Brexit's also cool, and young people didn't support that for some reason.

Why is it not cool in your opinion ?
