I'm wondering if Tim Scott is thinking about running for SC Gov... And Mark Sanford is planning to run for his Senate seat?

Tim Scott would definitely beat McMasters in the primary.  And Mark Sanford seems to be on a media push to increase his visibility (Unless Sanford is thinking about challenging McMasters in the primary?)

Thoughts?

I would imagine that most South Carolinians would remember what Sanford did last time he was governor...

Didn't stop them for voting for Trump

And for Sanford himself for SC-01

I would suspect that Mark Sanford's most likely shift would be to run for Lindsey Graham's seat in 2020, even if he has to run a primary for it.

As vulnerable as some ppl think Graham is....they are wrong- he is very safe. And Sanford knows this.  Graham has huge name ID & gets a lot of cross-over votes.

Sanford (or Tim Scott) could beat McMasters.... but Sanford could not beat Graham.
