If there really is nothing to this whole Russia business, why do so many people close to Trump lie about it constantly and consistently? What do they have to hide? Yeah, thought so.

This is what I've been saying. For something that is nothing, there sure are a ton of Russian connections to Trump and his (former) campaign. Working for Trump's campaign might as well have had a required interview process with the Kremlin with what we've seen so far.

At what point do Trump supporters finally admit the sky is blue, and there are ties between Trump and Russia? What do they want? Oh, right, we're talking about Trump here - someone they like. Burden of proof for someone they like is impossibly high, and burden of proof for people they don't like (say, Clinton) is virtually non-existent.

Why did you leave out this part?

Sessions acting in accordance with his role as member of the armed services panel is NOT a campaign surrogate.

He spoke with over 30 foreign officials in the time-span.

I didn't.

I would also add this then:

I would think Sessions would have wanted to cover his butt and state that he had conversations with the ambassador while he was a surrogate for the Trump campaign, yet he didn't, and conveniently does not recall what was said during these conversations.

Time for a special prosecutor, Sessions can no longer be trusted after lying to the Senate and the American people.

Both sides do it. No party are saints. Democrats and Republicans. Alabama politics is corrupt. Don Siegelman, Mike Hubbard, Jeff Sessions, Robert Bentley, and Luther Strange.

Martha Roby for Senate
Walter Maddox for Governor

Stop the crap. Both sides do it.

Since when did Republicans start giving a shyt if a scandal is real or not? After 30 years of phony scandals by the GOP (Whitewater, Lewinsky, Benghazi, Emails, Cattle Futures, etc.. etc...), you bozos deserve a taste of your own medicine.

Both sides do it. Democrats played games with Valerie Plame, Scooter Libby and others.

The Watergate scandal took a while before it finally did Nixon in. Who knows, maybe its only a matter of time until Trump is done in be the Russia scandal.

This administration is so blatantly horrible that it can't have 24 straight hours of any kind of positive developments. It's downright shameful, and these revelations are concerning to say the least.

Why hasn't Trump immediately removed all those completely unjustified anti-Russia sanctions?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuh??

I'm impatient, and would be very disappointed to see them remain.

Also,

Why did you leave out this part?

No, he told the truth.

No other member of the Senate Armed Services Committee met with Kislyak, just Sessions. Hmmm, I wonder why that would be.

So much perjury in this administration.

yes! both sides frequently consort with foreign enemies of the United States in order to sabotage an opponent's political campaign and be elected. this is definitely not unprecedented and is clearly a thing that has happened before ever and its certainly totally something that any democrat has ever done before. your insight is flawless and you're definitely not a partisan moron spewing propaganda, thank you for allowing us to bask in your flawless wisdom that is completely bereft of any sort of dishonesty or bias

Bacon, Russia is as much an "enemy" as France and Trump did not coordinate with Russia on his election victory. Why is this even controversial? Romney, however, obviously did coordinate with the Israeli government to try to win in 2012. Ted Kennedy coordinated with the USSR. Why do Democrats love shooting themselves in the face with moronic xenophobia?

-Prediction: nobody will get in trouble for anything (except maybe HRC, who might be locked up).
