LOL, TN Vol can have it; I'll stick to binge drinking, something I excel at. Wink

I mean, vote for us and save the Party of Lincoln!

Definitely RINO Tom/Vosem. TN Vol is fine, but I definitely couldn't vote for the *ahem* other half of that ticket.

Was the IndyRep (or MT Treasurer as he likes to call himself) pick at the top meant to make the ticket look marginally more acceptable?  If so, it failed.

As Vice-Presidential candidate of this great conservative ticket (if ineligible due to foreign birth), I am pleased to expound on our common principles of correctness, principle, and national liberation.

Correctness: No hackishness here! TN Volunteer has his finger on the pulse of the electorate, and remains among the most accurate prognosticators of 2016. I admire a correct prediction record and am pleased to be to be such a man's VP pick. My intuition coming into this election was similar, if off on specific states.

Principle: No RINOs on this ticket. Only strict construction will ever serve as the guideline of our constitutional interpretation. This means no Kennedys, no Roberts, not even any Alitos, and nothing short than a complete and total repeal and replacement of Obamacare, as well as rejection of Moderate Heroism as a tactic to cheaply purchase votes. The other side will give you endless betrayls and backstabbings -Constitutional interpretation of no conviction. They are Republican elitists who vote for the Democratic ticket in that elite's perpetuation. They openly support Wall Street and the horrendously unjust rip-off of the taxpayer that was the TARP bailout. We are men of the people who stand for the furtherance of Jacksonian ideas, both of the Free North and untamed upland South.

National liberation: No Bushism, McCainism, or neoconservatism of any variety here, folks. The other side offers endless war, perpetual violations of our civil rights, and endless subjugation of the United States to the interests of other countries. We offer an alternative: support of the Iran deal and its ratification as a treaty. An end to all aid to Ukraine and the Syrian rebels. A rejection of overcommitment of our military at home and abroad. A reduction of our surveillance and law enforcement apparatuses to within constitutional limits. We stand for an independent, prosperous, and free nation. Let the record of the other side -death, destruction, terrorism, and chaos- speak for itself.

If this is in isolation: RINO Tom

If this goes for another round against Chickenhawk/Jfern...even if C-hawk loses somehow: MT Treasurer.

I like how Russians (of both extremely different convictions) both got to be the VP picks.

Guys, why is TN Volunteer fine, but I'm an immediate nonstarter? Where are the policy differences between us that cause men to draw this conclusion? I don't think there are all that many areas of disagreement.

You are hostile to religiosity and have nihilistic tendencies, for one.

But what if I want someone who governs in the Republican tradition of Rutherford B. Hayes and Herbert Hoover? Huh

The further Vosem is from the ticket, the better.
