Let's dispel with this fiction that Hillary Clinton wasn't a good fit for NH. NH is basically the home of "Clinton women", the Clintons are beloved there.

-The only reason NH trended towards Trump was because Hillary Clinton was the nominee.

Pretty sure there's a decent chunk of "Clinton women" here (most Trump signs are long gone by now, but many Hillary supporters have kept their signs/bumper stickers up), so it would be foolish to say there are none in NH.

Someone like Cuomo or Booker would have done much worse there. Remember when she beat Obama in 2008 because NH females turned out in record setting numbers?

-Booker would have likely been more popular than HRC in New Hampshire due to his stronger left-wing cred. Cuomo, yes, but he would also have been nationally unpopular.

Booker would have a harder time appealing to angry NH women simply for the fact that Clinton is a woman.

My opinion: if Trump does what he needs to do to win the popular vote, he probably wins New Hampshire.
