Caroline Kennedy and Jason Kander would be the only two i'd consider from this list. Andrew Cuomo would be the only democrat, from realistic candidates, who I'd consider voting for over Trump (and even this is not likely since I have no real reason to oppose Trump in 2020 atm).

Bullock/Warren out of these. Would prefer the other way around, but the ticket's more electable this way.
