This is the map I used for this, but I was unsure about Maryland, Washington, D. C., West Virginia, and Delaware.

Midwest/Plains: Utah(?)
Northeast: Rhode Island/Maryland
South: West Virginia
West/Pacific: Hawaii(?; maybe California??)
