This seems like a very blunt, vague and frankly not at all professional bill. In it's current form it would stop the NSA from intercepting the calls of an Atlasian citizen who'd traveled to Syria to fight for Daesh.

I hope the House will vote it down

Let's all sacrifice our freedoms because a small percentage of us might be terrorists.

That's not at all what I'm saying. I'm saying that Governance/writing legislation isn't as simple as pointing and saying 'do this'

A lot of legislation could be said to fall under such criticism. Not every member is going to be a policy wonk.

And in this case it is rather simple what is said. A warrant shall be required before spying on Atlasians. If a person tried to join the group, would it be so difficult to obtain such?

After a long time of consideration, I have to support this bill. As a person with German ancestry, I have to speak out against all forms of unjustified complete surveillance that has lead to cruel acts of German dictatorial governments.

Therefore, I vote Aye.
