Steve King has become pretty openly racist of late. Remember a few months ago where he asked what non-whites had contributed to civilization?

EDIT: I suppose it's worth noting King only beat his primary opponent by about 30 points. If people get worked up enough that there are economic ramifications in the 4th, maybe some magic can happen.

It stampeded right even more than the other districts in the state, just so you know. He has it as long as he wants.

I've never gotten the idea that we shouldn't care if someone in a Safe R/D district or state says something outrageous. So, if someone in a Safe D district called for white genocide, would Republicans be saying "well, we would criticize this person, but they can't lose re-election, so we might as well not say anything"?
