It seems like Rand wants to get to yes, and keeps moving the goalpost on what changes need to happen to get him to yes. If he actually votes no i'll be very surprised.

Also Cruz and Lee are bs'ing like they always do. They'll be a yes. Just like last time, it will come down to Collins/Murkowski/McCain.
