Moran, from what I know of his concerns, is a hard no if he came out. It's not that the bill is too liberal or whatever. He is more worried about Kansas hospitals.

TrumpCare is probably dead if they stick to their guns.

It's actually kind of admirable of Moran to be so concerned for his constituents.

It's a pretty damning indictment of the times if a Senator looking out for their constituents is exceptional.

It's odd that more senators haven't publicly wavered on GC, given that McConnell punished Murkowski, Paul, and McCain for not toeing the line by. . . modifying the bill to grant their states pork.
