I think it's pretty clear that the Democrats will win the popular vote, not that it means much.

How much it is won by is the question. Absent some massive shift in the electorate, Democrats winning it by, say, ~3% isn't going to get them the House. That will take them upwards of 7% - 8%.

I think this is a question best left for this fall, when we are somewhat closer to the midterm elections and when we have a lot more generic congressional polls to look at.

SPEAKER PELOSI because Obamacare repeal will fail in the Senate.  And there will still be broken borders.

Dems will probably have a 5-6 point lead on the generic ballot.

Id be shocked if the Dems didn't win it.  However, they won it in 2012 too and still fell 17 seats short of control.

Our gov races definately in OH, IL, ME, NV, NJ, CA, NY, PA, VA, CO, and NM will help.
