It's cartoonishly right-wing.  It's all big boy toys - the bigger weapons and heavy defense spending to compensate for the small d**ks.  It's Social Darwinist in the extreme and very elitist.  It's a big ol' War on the Poor.

It's a Caviar Conservative's budget.  It reminds me of this commercial from 1982, which should be updated for the 21st century and be aired in every competitive district in 2018:

This is what should be done regarding the budget


1. Any department that has receives more then 50 billion dollars will be audited .

2.If any of those programs or spending items in that department  are revealed to not have benefited the american people by accomplishing what it said it would do should be cut from the budget or reformed.

3. Cut pork from the budget by giving president the line item veto(which would only apply to pork)

Do those 3 things and we wont have such large deficits anymore .

Well the audit of the defense department will probably show billions in waste and they will either be forced to reform those individual programs or those programs will be cut

It cuts a lot of important programs along with cuts to programs of more questionable usefulness, but the criticism of it have tended toward the absurd, like focusing on the 3% less going to Meals on Wheels as a result of getting rid of a grant distribution program.
