We have to consider that these $50 million worth embassy will not just represent Atlasians interests in Cuba, it will operate the way described in Section 3. Bringing democracy to a country is a process which takes time and resources, it needs public outreach, and it needs an instance which has the possibility to take action. I think this amount of money is appropriate, and I will support this bill entirely.

After a brief Googling sesh, fifty million dollars for an embassy seems like a reasonable amount. I'll support this bill.

It's not just paying for the actual building of the embassy, bur the entire diplomatic outpost (e.g diplomatic staff, security, offices)

I assume the money would come from the state departments funding- it was just allocating it, because IIRC the republicans IRL blocked this bill by refusing any funding
