In what universe is Preet Bharara a hyper-partisan attorney?  The man has gone after plenty of Democrats, most notably Sheldon Silver and Andrew Cuomo.  And of course, there's the fact that Trump literally asked Bharara to stay on as U.S. Attorney during his administration before realizing Bharara wasn't going to dance for him like a puppet on a string.
