Gary Johnson/Elizabeth Hanes sounds like a winning ticket to me. Johnson is undeniably a big-tenter.
What would be awesome is if Johnson runs pulls a Petersen and runs for the Republican nomination.
Running for the Republican nomination probably would be the best way to go about this, but if he did that, I have to wonder what the whole point of supporting the Libertarian party/calling himself a Libertarian would be at that point. It would also be fair game to label him an opportunist
(along with Petersen), as they only call themselves Republicans when they actually want to win an office and not run a novelty campaign.
