Cruz supporters overwhelmingly backed Trump; Kasich supporters were more divided.

While this isn't specific to Cruz voters, Yougov did poll the question of how non-Clinton and non-Trump primary voters intended to vote in the GE in their national poll conducted ~a week before the election:

More crosstabs…

People who voted in the Dem. primaries:
Clinton 83%
Trump 9%
Stein 3%
Johnson 2%

People who voted in the GOP primaries:
Trump 82%
Clinton 8%
Johnson 5%
Stein 0%

People who supported Sanders in the primaries:
Clinton 68%
Trump 15%
Stein 7%
Johnson 4%

People who supported a Republican candidate other than Trump in the primaries:
Trump 70%
Clinton 11%
Johnson 9%
Stein 0%

97% of those who backed Clinton in the primary still back her in the GE.  97% of those who backed Trump in the primary still back him in the GE.

The vast majority of Cruz supporters went for Trump; roughly 10% probably went for Johnson.

All data indicates they were far less likely to defect from Trump than Rubio (over 30% defected in some areas) and especially Kasich supporters (over 30% defected nationwide).

-You are forgetting the Johnson voters. A bunch of them came from Cruz's camp.

There were also a smattering of McMullin/Castle voters amongst us.  But it's still fairly high - I'd say, maybe 80%.

-It was unusually low in Texas for some reason, but I think it was close to 90% nationwide.
