Nope.

He does remind me of certain cartoonish Republicans Aaron Sorkin created over the years though.

He almost directly resembles Robert Ritchie tone and personality-wise, just with color still in his hair. Obama has always struck me as Jed Bartlet-y, down to his condescension.

That reminds me of the episode of The Crown with Graham Sutherland more than anything else, but the comparison really isn't fair to any of the subjects of that episode.
