"Waves" are caused by movement on the ocean floor, which causes the mass displacement of "water" via the "butterfly effect." The larger the movement, the bigger the "wave"; hence why "storms" are more common in areas with large populations of "sea monsters."

The earth is a flat disc protected by an invisible dome called the firmament, which was cited in the Old Testament. Copernicus's introduced a new theory (heliocentrism) that had the right math, but he lacked the technology to prove his theory. Governments have all adopted this theory of heliocentrism ever since. It wasn't until the US and the Soviets tried entering space that they discovered the centuries old theory of heliocentrism was invalid, which led to the 1961 Antarctic Treaty, whereby exploration of Antarctic by the general public was strictly prohibited in order to protect this secret. In fact, Antarctica actually has an ice wall that's perhaps at a temperature of absolute zero and pitch black, thus making it unable to be explored. It looks like this:

NASA, physicists, and other officials all helped perpetuate this secret by staging the moon landing, faking space launches and shuttle journeys, and forging fake data. This means that GPS is faked by US governments officials, same with photos and videos from space, and even lunar eclipses, which are actually caused by an anti-moon that occasionally blocks our flat moon. Why do this though? Because it's simply cheaper to perpetuate this lie than to make actual investments in doing what NASA claims to actually be working on. Day and night are caused by the sun and moon moving over the surface of the earth like flashlights, while the seasons are simply caused by the sun being closer to the North Pole (summer in Northern hemisplane) or further away (winter in the Northern Hemisplane). Gravity is also easily explained because it doesn't exist; instead, what is called "gravity" is actually a result of the world constantly traveling upward at a speed of 9.8 m/s^2, thereby forcing all objects on earth down - this is called "universal acceleration."
