Jon Ossoff because of the runoff and no third party candidates. Third party candidates also have a much higher ceiling in Montana then they would in Georgia.

Ossoff.  He will probably be in the mid-high 40's in the runoff.  Even if Quist wins, he will only be in the 44-48% range because of the libertarian, and if Montana reverts to 2016 form, he could lose with only 34-38%, again because of the Indie.

For the record, I'm expecting Ossoff above 45 and Quist possibly below 40.
