Looks like a good bill with a quick glance, as someone who constantly deals with several of these disorders I understand intimately it's a very important issue to address.

Sorry - I misread section 2.  Thought that the funding covered prescription drugs and the emergency hotline.

I'm really not sure how to proceed with this now.  It might be easier to just strip section 2.2 and pass a separate prescription drug bill in the future.

Yeah I think it would be better to deal with the part about drug prices in a heath insurance bill.  It makes more sense to ensure that prescription costs are covered under insurance rather than to force prices on producers (not to say that prices aren't out of control... but anyway).  I would support getting rid of that part unless anyone has other ideas.  The rest of the bill seems pretty good.
