No, they were discussing the price of reimbursing Planned Parenthood for the preservation of donated fetal parts to transport for scientific research.  PP doesn't make any profit, but the cost of preserving that tissue is an arm and a leg.

The dirty little secret is that most Republican politicians also support Planned Parenthood.  Someone once said "abortion eliminates future Democrats."  That's the reason why, even under Republican presidents, nothing changes.
