A very straightforward measure. In the old game, F.L. 46-3 permitted the ability for two players to sort out their grievances through quick and easy solutions. I have asked that the original bill be adopted again in its entirety, as the sole proprietor of Atlasia's only duel provider.

Unfortunately in my time, a formal duel was never initiated (though we did come close once), so the likelihood of this legislation disrupting gameplay is next to zero. Nevertheless, it's a fun and functional quirk of the old game that I want to make available once again to the masses and the asses.

For the record, I assumed sponsorship because I have nothing against the bill (and, as Adam said, the odds against this disrupting gameplay as we know it are staggering) and I believe that most, if not all, legislation deserves to be heard in the House.
