Best: 1912. A choice between two top-ten presidents (Wilson and Roosevelt) and an average president (Taft).

Honorable mention: 1796/1800, 1844, 1944-1956

Worst: 1856. Buchanan is probably the worst president ever and Fillmore wasn't much better and was running for a nativist third party. Fremont was totally unqualified to be president.

Dishonorable mention: 1924, 1928, 1980
