The Austrian ORF public broadcaster reports that the Swedish radio Ekot has reported "3 dead".

The ORF also says that the Swedish SVT reports "shootings" in the capital ...

The SVT says police are officially saying this is a terror attack. They also advised shop workers and customers to stay inside, because the driver/shooter is still in the area. SWAT police have arrived.

All bus, metro and train traffic has been stopped in and to the capital because of several shooting reports at various places in the city.

The truck belonged to a beer brewery and the company notified the police that it was stolen.

There have been several of these vehicle attacks in Israel too. That's why they got these at lightrail stations in Jerusalem (and at bus stops across the country).

Police are driving around the Central Station and asking people with megaphones to get out of there.

There might be up to 3 attackers, according to reports.

Some reports also say a second person was arrested.

It seems pretty spur of the moment to me. He'd have done it sooner or later, yes. But there is a reason why they are and have been killing us for years, and it is a hell of a lot more complicated than a few controversial passages of the Koran. They view us as occupiers. What we did last night did nothing to stabilize Syria and everything to only further inflame anti-American sentiment.
