good news.  You shouldn't have to spend thousands of dollars and hours to cut somebody's hair.  If the person getting their hair cut wants that, fine, but it shouldn't be a requirement to cut hair (or paint fingernails, or shampoo dogs, etc).

idk about Arizona but a license for cutting hair costs $40 in NYC

IMO, you need licensing to keep track of people who are bad at their jobs. If your AC guy does a sh**t job, you can report him and it goes on his license, which you can usually look up online, so other people dont get ripped off

I doubt getting rid of licensing will create more jobs...If Arizona wants to create more jobs, it should legalize weed, prostitutes, and invest in solar

I don't know about the idea of legalizing prostitution, but I agree with the other two.
