I'm going with John McCain. Wherever there's a bomb to drop, John McCain will be there to support it being dropped.

Most hawkish Dem is probably Dianne Feinstein or Bob Menendez.

Republican: John McCain (R-Ariz.)
Democratic: Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.)/Bob Menendez (D-N.J.)
Independent: Angus King (I-Maine)

I only support war interventions when necessary, but McCain is a big neoconservative. He likes war missions.

Menendez is from N.J., there is a large Jewish population. Some of them are hawkish on foreign policy.

Whatever the answer is only a few House members and possibly no Senators would have voted against this bombing. McCain and Graham are just severe symptoms of the real problem.

Does it matter? About 75 of them are very hawkish. And most of the rest like increasing military spending as this 91-3 vote shows. Nays were Bernie and the Oregon Senators.

I support defense cuts, but gutting it or abolishing it would be a disaster. What is a country that can't defend itself? That's why Bernie and hard core leftists fail to answer.

You support cuts but oppose Bernie for voting against an increase? That doesn't make any sense.

McCain and Graham are tied, with Rubio and Cotton vying for second. Cotton is a hawk but not a neoconservative from what I've seen. I confess that I haven't been keeping up with his career because his 2020 campaign is now moot.

John McClane. Oops I John McCain who probably just wishes he was John McClane.

Next time Rand filibusters drones, expect McCain to get himself stuck while crawling barefoot through the Capitol air ducts. Meanwhile, no-nonsense Lindsay would just pull a glove out of his purse, slap Rand with it, and challenge him to a duel.

McCain (who should've beaten Obama in 2008). I love McCain, naturally.

I feel like Tom Cotton will single-handedly start a war at some point in his lifetime. He also gets points over McCain for being a big fan of torture. So he gets my vote for R's.

Menendez, Carper, and Feinstein for Dems.

Is support for torture "enhanced interrogation techniques" considered part of hawkishness? If so, than the answer clearly can't be McCain.
