Then I'd advise you guys not to visit the suburb of Perth I used to live in, which was within walking distance of the beach.  When the weather was warm, men walking around the neighborhood with no shirt on was hardly unheard of.  Though more surprising to me was the fact that I'd sometimes see both men and women even inside the grocery store walking around in bare feet.  Apparently, there is no Australian version of "no shirt, no shoes, no service".

Nobody should be topless or nude in public period. The only people who want this are weirdos.

Not every society thought of the female breasts as "nudity." Other cultures have seen it similar to a man being topless.

We only think female breasts are "nudity" because we've been conditioned to think it. About a hundred years ago, to see a woman's bare legs was also seen as nudity.

My issue is that some fat men are allowed to go topless, many of whom have bigger boobs than their wives. If large-breasted cis-gendered men are allowed to go topless, so should anyone else. However, if there are to be laws on this subject, they should be without respect to gender. If there is to be a law against being topless, it should apply to everyone.

So... laws on the size of the pectoral area?
