Of Trump appointees I like so far: McMasters, Matthis, Haley, and potentially Pence.

Apart from shoulder angel Jared Kushner against shoulder devil Steve Bannon within their little co-Svengali of Trump, I'd have to go with General Mattis.

No remotely decent human being would agree to serve in Trump's administration, so I'll have to go with NOTA here.

Nobody stands out more than the Trumpster himself. (And I'm not saying that's a good thing.)

Kellyanne is great at doing nothing which then causes the media to stop talking about Trump and instead talk about her. Id say thats very valuable considering her job. Who knew all it took to get the media to stop stalking trump is to put your feet on the furniture.

We haven't heard a peep out of her in a long time. I find that very refreshing!

Haley is fantastic so far. Mattis is solid, and McMaster is too, other than the Susan Rice business.
Also, Tillerson is surprising for the better.

Haley, McMaster and Mattis, as others have said. But Haley is the top, because expectations started so low.
Haley proved much better as governor than I thought she would.  As such I had little doubt that she would likely prove competent as UN Ambassador.  What is surprising is how much she's been in the news.  That's largely a function of how quiet Tillerson has been.

McMaster isn't really too bad and Haley is simply someone deeply misguided with some terrible views on some things, not an utter sociopath like the rest of the admin or people like Paul Ryan.

Mattis for sure. Haley in some ways. That image of her looking the Russian UN ambassador straight in the face and asking "how many more children have to die?" was powerful. Guarantee she runs for President in 2024 or 2028 (depending on who wins)
