Labor's Activity Lock: Our First Pledge to Altasia

Labor's Activity Lock: Explained

Activity is the most important part of Atlasia, and the Labor slate will put it at the center of their efforts in the House. We're running a ticket that has a proven record of Activity.

1.) Bi-Monthly reports:  Much like Truman's reports Labor will publish twice monthly activity reports that will detail how many bills have been introduced, who's voted, number of posts, along with other information. This is to show to Atlasia just how active the Labor House Slate has been, and will hopefully encourage more accountability.

2.) Whip Team: Labor would expand the whips office, by expanding the whips office so that members are aware of when bills are due to be voted on, what's coming up in the week, and to generally track the progress of the House. We'd introduce non-house members to aid the whips office, and would provide support from Labor HQ to boost activity.

3.) Inactive Members asked to resign:  Labor will of course allow players to take LOA , and as long as house members inform us of when they will be away/for how long we will not take these steps. We want Atlasia to be a fun place; but if House members are missing votes, and simply not taking parts in debates then we will firstly speak to them, and then after a certain period of time we will request that they either increase their activity or resign. I'm confident this won't happen with our brilliant house slate- all of those have a stellar history, but we want to show our commitment to activity.

4.) Congressional Newspaper: It can often be quite confusing working out whats happening in Congress. Labor will publish a weekly summary newspaper to tell all Atlasians about bills that have been passed, key moments in debates and other areas of interest over the last week in Congress. Activity is about labor being able to speak out, and show all Atlasians just what hard work Congress has been doing.

but will this be dry summarization, or are we getting some good spicy propaganda?

Just stepping in here to ask if you really want to use someone who lost seats despite every poll indicating he would have an increase in seats as a model Tongue
