That's cool that you think so, but you're wrong.

My personal views are irrelevant. My point was that some NATO members, even Spain, do not recognize Kosovo, and seeing as international sovereignty is based on recognition by other countries, Kosovo is a partially-recognized state as far as NATO is concerned. It's rather unrealistic to expect countries to shed blood and treasure to defend a foreign state they do not even recognize.
