Even if they can ram something through by 1 vote in the house and Pence in the Senate, they still have a lot to do here:

If they're really going all out here, don't expect to see tax reform passed this year.

It was never going to be voted on this week, and anyone who said it would be was being silly. The House will pass it next week or the week after. The Senate is the real battlefield.

Why are people voting yes for this? Seriously. Has any benefit been publicized that people accept as, well, a benefit? To anyone?

Obviously Obamacare supporters like myself and (presumably) you aren't the audience they're trying to appeal to here. They're appealing to Obamacare haters and Obamacare haters only.

^ Moderates either want to revise Obamacare, or secretly support it but can't voice their support for obvious reasons. The freedom caucus wants to return to the pre-09 health care system. Neither group is big enough to vote through their plan on their own, so we end up with this sucky compromise that helps nobody and pleases nobody.

So what are the chances this passes the Senate and is signed by Trump?

Around 90%.

I'm very, very skeptical that it will pass the Senate even if McConnell nukes the filibuster, and even if he does, any possible reconciled version will have a hard time passing either house.

The filibuster doesn't apply here. It will be passed through reconciliation, which has never been subject to the filibuster.

Assuming all time for debate is used, the vote will be in around 25 minutes...if it's not pulled.

While normal debate time has expired, the chair has announced that the members will now be allowed to use the remaining debate time that existed when the bill was pulled several weeks ago. So another 45 minutes or so until the vote.

Mike Coffman is a NO, Dave Reichert is a NO, Mark Amodei is a YES.

Coffman and Reichert were on the "lean yes" list, so this hurts Rs. Currently, based on https://twitter.com/MEPFuller/status/860154277003767811 plus the post above, we are at 17 No, 3 Lean No, 9 Undecided, 13 Lean Yes. Assuming leans stay put and all members vote, the current status of the vote is 209-213, and republicans need to win the undecided vote 7-2 to pass this by one vote.

If there is seriously going to be 1 R not voting on this, we could get a vote of 215-215, which would be hilarious.

First of several votes. First one is HR 2192 - To amend the Public Health Service Act to eliminate the non-application of certain State waiver provisions to Members of Congress and congressional staff.

THIS IS NOT THE MAIN VOTE.

If there are no other surprises, this will pass 217-213. If there are surprises...

No, it would be 216 to 214 with 21 defections.

238 republicans - 1 not voting - 21 defections = 216 votes YES
193 dems + 21 Rs = 214 votes NO

exemption of congress from HC bill it says on c-span.

Hmm, I wonder why they would want to exempt themselves from this "wonderful" bill.

CSPAN is misleading. This is the bill:
