I guess I'd like to see the Caps make it from the east since they are long suffering too.  It would make for a good story.

Edmonton Oilers blew a 3-0 lead with less than 4 minutes to go in the 3rd period, and lost in double OT 4-3 to the Anaheim Ducks. The Ducks now lead in the series 3-2.

My dad, who is a big hockey (not merely Detroit Red Wings) fan, wanted the Preds early on. I am glad they are in the Finals.

I pick Nashville to win it, though I realize it will be a tough fight against either Pitt or Ottawa.

Anyhoo, superficially one might be encouraged by tonight's performance, but I'm not. 11 shots the whole night on Rinne (not counting the empty net goal)?!? So one either needs to believe the Pens will DRAMATICALLY up their SOG, as in more than double it consistently every game, or that Pekka Rinne will somehow continue to suck to the point of letting over a third of the shots against him get by (or continue being possessed by the doppleganger that's infested his body after being handsomely bribed by Mario Lemieux).
