Given that Speaker Fhtagn is calling for a vote on an unconstitutional bill, I'm sueing her to get the court to render a decision on bill S2 and it's constitutionality pertaining to the Laws of the South.

I'd like to testify in favor of the Speaker.

For one, I see nothing unconstitutional about the bill in question, I would like Ben Kenobi to provide evidence of that.
Also, the Speaker is not the one who is held liable for unconstitutional laws, that would simply be the Southern region.
Finally, this bill was not passed by the legislature nor signed into law, so it's clear to me that this lawsuit is frivolous.

This is unnecessary now as fhtagn is now permitting us to debate the bill. Thank you for your time.

I am now reopening the case against speaker fhtagn.

Bill S2 as worded in the southern chamber of delegates is unconstitutional. The amendments have not changed the constitutionality of the bill.

I am filing an injunction to delay the implementation of S2.

1. You're not suing the right person.
2. It's not unconstitutional???

Speaker fhtagn is the one who introduced the bill into the delegates, contrary to it's position on the order paper, and as Governor Never Again stated, it was her choice to bring it up.

Nothing in the (former) rules about a specific order paper.

You missed that part about bills being taken up in the order they are listed as a part of the speaker's duties?
