I love this. What are the origins of the post-Washington houses?

During the First Empire, Washington sets out on a Manifest-destiny style westward expansion of the country, triggering war with Great Britain, Spain, and France, and their allies. The alliance forces the capitulation of the Washington dynasty and reintegrates the colonies into Great Britain, making them a constituent country of the Crown (with representation in Parliament).

The July Revolution overthrows the viceroys in America, and the (rather moderate, I guess, compared to the revolutionaries of 1776) revolutionaries invite George III's second (and more liberal) son, William, to be king. However, he must renounce his ties to the House of Hanover, and instead takes his mother's line, Mecklenburg-Strelitz
