Nope, I push through crowds (so much for politeness) and I have a marked tendency to look up, or keep my face above parallel, when I walk. I also wear lots of red T-shirts, so not exactly neutral colors.

Some, sure, but I take issue with the fast walking part...the bottom three things actually.  First, there all the same.  If you walk fast, you're going to have plenty of opportunity to pass people all the time and you will likely have a long stride.  Second, what the hell is "too fast"?  Is everybody supposed to walk the same 2.6 mph (or whatever)?  Eff that, I'm walking 3.7 mph and I'm going to pass your slow ass, virgin or not.  I wouldn't say shortening my stride is uncomfortable, but it's very much not natural and I'd rather not do it.
Stop speed walking!!!

(Walks at 12.0 MPH)

Am I the only one who finds it incredibly disturbing that "virgin" is still used as an insult?

A couple apply.. my hair overreacts to the wind...I have fine white people hair.  And I tend to pass people.  But that's about it.  Listening to headphones while walking in public is annoying.  You should be listening to what's going on around you.

Yeah, I don't get the double earbud guy walking in a city surrounded by other walkers and cars and whathave you.  That just doesn't seem safe.  Even worse on bike/jog paths where you have people signaling you from behind, so dangerous for everybody.
