If CSR payments go, no insurer will participate on the Exchanges in 2018. I mean this literally.

That's the idea behind doing it - they want to crash ObamaCare so dems are forced to negotiate on health care in a conservative direction.

----

Well, I don't support the wall - it's unnecessary, potentially ineffective, and will raise the deficit - but if it's build the wall or gut ObamaCare - then I guess we build the wall.

uhhh okay

2020 Democrat debates are gonna become like at the 2012 Republican debates when none of the Republicans would take $10 in cuts for even $1 in taxes.

No deal.

But our endless bombing of civilians isn't morally controversial at all?

I never really said that. I simply don't want federal funds funding abortion on demand.

My comment 'morally controversial' refers to government funds funding abortion on demand, that alone. It's a very simple, binary matter here. Obviously I wasn't implying defunding the military and other stuff in that post, that's a complex matter. Nothing in that post pertains to foreign policy.

And I simply don't want federal funds funding Syrian jihadists.

So it is up to the White House whether or how much to spend on CSR payments?  Congress has not appropriated a specific amount for this?

Congress hasn't, but they can choose to do so at anytime.
