Marco Rubio's schedule February 20-February 27 2016, Part 2

February 22
-Speech in Elko, Nevada with Dean Heller and Joe Heck :

Eight years ago, during his famous speech in Philadelphia, Barack Obama has promised a More Perfect Union. But this promise is broken because right now, after eight years of Barack Obama, our country is much more divided than ever before, even more divided than before Obama's presidency.

We saw many African Americans who unfairly got shot by policemen or white supremacists in Ferguson, Missouri, or Charleston, South Carolina. Too many Americans did not earn the same opportunities as some Americans. Too many Americans, Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, etc. are living into poverty because they are struggling to find a good paying job. Hispanics are working twice as hard and are making half as much their kids are graduating college and they are struggling to find a job and they are stuck with student loans. That's why Hispanic voters across the country, including here in Nevada, selected the economy as the most important issue of this election. Their economic struggles of these groups are due to the increasing size of government and to high taxes and regulations that Barack Obama is imposing to the American people, thus weakening their purchasing power.

The American people is tired of broken promises. That's why I have an agenda that is offering a different and better path to a More Perfect Union. As President of the United States of America, I will reform our criminal code, which criminal regulations and laws will be easier to understand and I will reform our civil forfeiture by which people suspected of crimes will be deprived of private property. By promoting school choice, we will give low income families, including those in ethnic minority groups, to pay less for access to education and to produce higher outcomes compared to public education. It will grant parents the power to orientate their children out of poorly-performing schools assigned by zip code and look for better education elsewhere. It will expand opportunities for low-income students—especially minorities—to attend high-quality schools that would otherwise be accessible only to higher-income families, thus increasing their chances of success and of entry into the workforce. By promoting free trade with Latin America, we will give our businesses, including Hispanic small businesses in the United States thanks to language opportunities and their fluency in Spanish and English, new opportunities to innovate, to increase their competitiveness, to get new consumers by giving them access to American products, to create jobs in our country and ensure their business' expansion here and around the world. Thanks to their bilingualism, Hispanics will be dominant among the importers, exporters, translators and executives who ensure such a cultural and commercial exchange. And like I said, our innovation and competition capacity comes from our open markets as well as our constant quest for new markets. As President, I will restore free enterprise, cut taxes and regulations for all the American people, including ethnic minority groups living here in America, abolish the IRS and replace it through a 15 % flat tax, lower our corporate tax rate from 40 % to 20 % and reduce the cost of doing business in America, which will make America the best business-friendly environment in the world, encourage prosperity for all Americans and restore the American Dream. Because free enterprise is the only system in the world where parents like mine, who work hard and play by the rules, can give their children the opportunities they themselves did not have. That's how we're going to restore national unity here in America, the land of opportunity by giving every single American a fair chance

Nosotros, el pueblo todos somos uno y vamos formar una Unión más perfecta. Por qué? Porque hemos los Estados Unidos de America.

Gracias. Que Dios bendigua los Estados Unidos de America.

Nevada does not have a state income tax. These are good news. But the people of Nevada is suffering the imposition of sales taxes that is rating over 7 %, depending upon the county, which undermines free enterprise and economic opportunities for Nevada. The more taxes are increased for the sales of certain goods and services, the less businesses in Nevada and all across America will be competitive. When I'm President, we will reduce taxes for all Americans, including sales taxes. That way it will be more easy to sell goods and products, to trade, to innovate, to produce and to create jobs. That's how free enterprise works.

When he was my age, my dad was raised paycheck to paycheck, so he understands perfectly the middle class' and poor people's social and economic concerns. As President, my father will make sure that everybody, especially children like me, a 10-year old boy, will have access to education through school choice, a policy that will give parents the option to orientate their children out of poorly-performing schools assigned by zip code and look for better education elsewhere. It will expand opportunities for low-income students—especially minorities—to attend high-quality schools that would otherwise be accessible only to higher-income families, thus increasing their chances of success and of integration into the workforce. This is how every young American, no matter their income, will have a fair chance to succeed, to find a good-paying job and to live the American Dream.

Keeping the American Dream alive also means making sure that our people will chose America as the best place to find a job, which my dad will do through tax cuts, reducing our corporate tax rate and . That's how our future entrepreneurs will be able to innovate, to produce, to sell and to create the jobs of tomorrow here in America. And that's how American workers will earn better living conditions through hardworking and that's how my generation and future generations will be better off than previous generations were.

Pearcy with Wolf Biltzer on CNN

Wolf:Now I know you have kinda made your thoughts on this public but if you are elected what would you do with the Supreme Court replacement for Scalia?

Well you know my nominee will be one that is a constitutionaist that fights for liberty but on some issues is very moderate.  If I am President I prob will be fair and take a look at Garland and see if he per say is what I want in the Supreme Court.

Wolf:Do you have a short list?

Well I do but I don't want to make it go public just yet *laughs*

Wolf:The next thing I wanted to take to you about is the Democratic response to your quote that Secutary Clinton committed treason.  Of course Vice President Joe Biden said that your statement was bold and outlandish. How do you respond  to that?

Well to all these people defending her and her actions.

It's not about her deleting emails. It's about the illegal, immoral and unethical actions of Hillary that the emails point to.

It is about felonies and national security and of course not be trustworthy.

I am glad she didn't run in 2016 cause I think she would be been easily beaten.

Wolf:Very Well

Due to President Obama's nuclear deal with Iran, Tehran is getting closer and closer to a nuclear weapon due to the money they get from the lifting of the sanctions, which will bring disaster not only in the Middle East but also around the world. We can't allow a nation, whose leader shouted « Death to America », getting nuclear weapons. If they do, they will destroy Israel. If Israel is destroyed, there will be possibilities of many disastrous scenarios, including Israel's transformation into a terrorist heaven. Not only millions of people would be killed by a Iranian nuclear missile but terrorist groups like the Hezbollah, Hamas or Sinai Province, a radical Islamic terrorist group that is none other than a branch of ISIS, could take control of Israel. If that happens, ISIS will use Israel as a springboard to prepare, orchestrate and commit terrorist attacks in Turkey and Europe. As President of the United States, I will restore diplomatic and economic sanctions against Iran to stop revenues from the lifting of these sanctions to fall in the hands of Iran and to be used to fund the construction of Iranian nuclear weapons. By creating a comprehensive missile defense through anti-missile shields, we will intercept and destroy any nuclear missile launched by Iran, thus avoiding catastrophic impacts as well as nuclear wars. When I'm President, we will fight and destroy international terrorism, including ISIS, Sinai Province, Al Qaida and the Hezbollah, which will done through a stronger and modernized U.S. military, stronger military alliances and stronger diplomacy.

Pearcy speaks about North Korea in rally in Las Vegas

North Korea is a bigger threat than Iran or Russia.  I'm not saying we will get any Milltary involvement what I am saying is we should help South Korea and Japan from the aggression of war breaking out in the DMZ.

Folks you may not believe it at first but China will betray North Korea they are not good friends. They are just using them for money and weapons.

And I am the only one in this race who has a big focus on what's going on in the Pacfic. I have been endorsed by the Asian Republican society due to my awareness on the situation in hand but rather not waiting to take Milltary action.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among Nevada's fiscal conservative voters, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad narrating Marco Rubio's plan to reduce the size of government and to restore free market and economic prosperity all across the country, including here in Nevada.

The ad titled « Government intrusion » airs in Nevada

« Government intrusion » advertisement narration :

Narrator : Over 80 % of Nevada's territory is under the federal government's control. That is causing trouble for the people of Nevada, killing tens of thousands of jobs, weakening Nevadans' purchasing power and undermining free enterprise as well as the American Dream. The people of Nevada is struggling to find good-paying jobs.

These are all reasons why we must promote free market and free enterprise, which are the real solutions to the problems. This will get Nevada and all America working again. Marco Rubio will do it by reducing the size of government as well as government spending, cutting taxes and regulations for all Americans and businesses, abolishing the IRS and replace it by a 15 % flat tax, adopting a balanced budget amendment and making America the best place in the world to do business through a corporate tax reduction from 40 % to 20 %, which will allow Nevadans and all Americans across the nation to be successful and prosperous here on the land of opportunity.

So on Tuesday, vote for Marco Rubio for a stronger American Dream.

Marco Rubio : I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.

Nevada GOP Caucuses

Blitzer: A closer than expected race in Nevada...

Marco Rubio: 37%
Stephen Pearcy: 34%
Rand Paul: 29%

Cooper: Stephen Pearcy running neck and neck with Senator Rubio.

Castellanos: This is the rise of the Anti-Establishment candidate. There maybe a rallying around Pearcy for people who do not want Rubio as the nominee. Rubio is doing well among Hispanics, so if he wins tonight that'll be the reason.

PROJECTION: MARCO RUBIO WINS NV CAUCUSES

Blitzer: CNN is now making a projection. Marco Rubio will win the Nevada Caucuses; Stephen Pearcy finishing a very close second tonight, showing there is still a contest in the race for the Republican nomination.

✓ Marco Rubio: 36.54% (11)
Stephen Pearcy: 35.96% (11)
Rand Paul: 26.50% (5)

Marco Rubio: 108 (3 Contests Won) 42.09%
Stephen Pearcy: 28- 26.14%
Rand Paul: 23 (1 Contest Won) 26.74%

This round will close tomorrow night at 10 PM EST
A Reminder: There will be two debates prior to Super Tuesday. (Democrat and Republican)
The pre-Super Tuesday round will be a two day turn, likely running from Wednesday night to Friday night at 11 PM EST.

Rand Paul Drops Out; It's Rubio vs. Pearcy
Rand Paul ended his bid for President after finishing third in Nevada. In exiting the race he endorsed fellow rival Stephen Pearcy. Paul, who narrowly won the NH Primary faced increasingly difficult odds as Pearcy and he competed for the same swath of voters. Now out of the race, the belief is many of Paul's supporters will rally around Pearcy; leaving the latter to head into Super Tuesday with momentum against frontrunner Marco Rubio.

Marco Rubio's victory speech at Sam's Town Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada

Thank you Nevada.

Thanks to our victory in Nevada, we proved my ability to expand and grow our party due to a strong appeal among Hispanics because as one of them and since I was myself raised paycheck to paycheck I know their concerns and I offered to the American people a pro-growth agenda and that's why they endorsed me.

Nosotros, el pueblo de los Estados Unidos todos somos uno y vamos formar una Unión más perfecta.

We made a great step to the diversification of our party and that's how we're going to beat the Democratic nominee.

We just learned that my friend, Senator Rand Paul, has left the race. I congratulate him for the campaign he led for America's cause and we are thankful of the service he made to the country.

Now, this is a two-man race and we have work to do. Let's keep the great work for Super Tuesday and we will make a great step much closer to the nomination and to America's victory in November.

Thank you, God bless Nevada and God bless America.

Pearcy Campaign on social media

We are proud to receive the endorsement from Rand Paul and hope that he will contribute on this journey to defeat the Washington Machine and spread the message of Liberty.

Senator Paul will join us and help us defeat who ever the Democratic candidate is.

Pearcy campaign on why they will recount the results in Nevada

Well it's close and we are not saying it's rigged by any means. We are doing this recount to make sure that this was a fair decision and that no one tried to fool around with the results.

Pearcy does a Q&A at University of Vermont to undecided voters

Student 1:Mr Pearcy. On the topic of healthcare  the DEA recently said that Kratom a drug that comes from a tree in Southwest Asia that is know to help with chronic pain and opidiod withdrawal will be banned coming August 2016.

People who used this remedy are outraged and starting petitions to not go ahead with this. As president  would you do?

Pearcy:Well I think also that this is outrageous. The DEA are trying to destroy the free market's better and cheaper solution to pain rather than government Obamacare approved pain pills that will likely get you addicted and kill you.

As President I will save Kratom and not only that I want to see doctors and hospitals tell people yeah you should take this.

Student 1:Thank you you have my vote.

Student 2:I know you are for weed legalization nationwide. But do you believe that it was good effects outside medical uses?

Pearcy:Yes absolutely.  I fully believe that it is a good stress reliever outside medical reasons.
Believe me I grew out around a lot of worse stuff.

I have been sober for 25+ years but I don't think the government should care if Jimmy and his sister Jenna smoke a joint in their own home.

It's not like they are going around on a murder spree or something come on *laughs*

So yes the government should get out of saying if weed is legal or not

Student 2:Definitely have my vote now

Another summary. SHould be back to normal soon.

Sanders this week criss-crossed the south with Governor John Bel Edwards to win support in the south, where he expressed admiration for the south's history of economic populism. He paid particular attention to South Carolina, where he hoped for a decent showing, and also made several appearances to rural voters in Georgia, doubling down on his populist reforms for farmers in particular, as well as pursuing the suburban working-class vote and youth vote, were he hopes to run up the margins.

Trumka also hit the trail for Sanders with Senator Baldwin, Congressman Conyers and Former Senator Feingold in tow in the industrial states, hitting Michigan and Ohio in particular, where they held a rally in Detroit . Governor Lynch meanwhile hit the trail for Sanders in more libertarian-leaning states, leading efforts in Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico.

Governors Brown, Inslee and Dayton meanwhile, along with Senator Merkley, opened the Sanders campaign on the west coast, hosting events in Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Alaska, where Sanders again hopes to run up the margins.

Keith Ellison and the Progressive Caucus meanwhile, have been quietly building campaign infrastructure in major primary states: Massachusetts, New York, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois and so on. The Caucus has partnered with the AFL-CIO in the industrial states to push the Sanders campaign forward.

Meanwhile, Green Day concluded their tour for Bernie in Los Angeles, California. The tour raised over $150 million for the campaign, earning praise from campaign officials. The band may be preparing a second tour in support of the campaign soon.

Pearcy campaigns on statehood of Guam and Puerto Rico in Fairbanks Alaska

Almost 60 years ago Alaska became the 49th state of the United States by President Eisenhower
*Crowd cheers*

For all of Alaska that was a great day because they became members of this great country
*Crowd cheers again*

The Japanese attacked Alaska in WWII but their grave citizens fought back and in small odds they took the
Aleutian Islands back from the Japanese with the help from our at the time with the help of the Army soldiers stationed on the Islands and that they attacked close to the stations right there.

Even before then people were first happy when we got the rights to Alaska in 1867. They were great cause to them they weren't Russian pawns anymore.

The people I think you welcome with open arms the Territories of Guam and  Puerto Rico to the United States and fight for statehood which is what we did in 1959 with Alaska and Hawaii!

*Crowd cheers*

Democrats Debate Before South Carolina and Super Tuesday

Bernie Sanders:

Opening Statements

We have proven to be a viable alternative to pilitics as usual this year. There is a palpable feeling of apathy throughout this country, and we are turning that from apathy into power. The people of this country are making their voices heard, but there is a long way to go!

To both candidates: All three Republican candidates have pledged to repeal and replace Obamacare. Do you think Obamcare needs fixing?

Somewhat, but not in the way Republicans think. The only way to fix it is by moving to a single-payer universal system. We are the only nation that does not guarantee healthcare as a right, and this is just morally reprehensible. We need to move to a single-payer system so that everyone is insured. Healthcare is a right, not a privilege!

Senator Warren: Does Dodd Frank go far enough? If not, what would you propose to deal with regulating the financial industry?

Senator Sanders: Senator Rubio, who is seeking the Republican nomination has criticized both of you as being too soft on terrorism; how would you a Sanders administration deal with the threats being presented here and around the world?

I find the Senator's comments to be amusing, to be honest. Saudi Arabia is the number 1 state sponsor of terror in this world, spreading this Wahabbist ideology everywhere, but Senator Rubio wants to sell weapons to them so they can them drop them on kids in Yemen.

A Sanders administration would seek peaceful, diplomatic solutions to conflicts, only turning to force once all other avenues have been exhausted. I do not consider myself a pacifist; I have supported efforts to deal with ethnic cleansing in Kosovo. There are certain interventions that have been justified, but I will also ensure that I reach out to relevant advisers to ensure that the situation has been thoroughly analyzed to make sure there is no blowback.

We would pursue peace over war. Life over death. Diplomacy over force. However, military force would remain an option, only it would be the very last one.

Senator Warren: Are Republicans wrong for saying they'll block a Supreme Court nominee by President Obama? Seeing as in 1991, then Senator Joe Biden took the exact same position the Republicans are holding now, which was to block a President (then George H.W. Bush) nominee during an election year?

Senator Sanders: What is your position on gun control, and given some votes you took while in the House are you out of step with your party?

Unlike Senator Warren, I am from a rural state. What I oppose are the unregulated sale of assault weapons to the public; I told the people of Vermont this when I ran for Congress in 1990. My stance is that I believe the Assault Weapons Ban should be reinstated. I believe that high capacity magazines should be banned. I believe in an expansion of background checks. I also believe that if a store sells a gun to someone after conducting a thorough background check, and that person goes and does something crazy, then that store is not liable.

I am in favor of common sense gun reform. Not going all out on the suing of manufacturers; they are not liable for what is done with their weapons. Despite what Senator Rubio has said, I am in favour of gun control.

To both candidates: Do you have a private email server?

No, and if I can say something on this, I would argue that the media is pushing this narrative of Hillary Clinton purely through sensationalism and a desire to get more eyeballs on screens. Entertainment sells, and that's what the media is doing with this. The American people are sick and tired of hearing about her damn emails! The middle class is disappearing. Citizens United has now made it possible for an oligarchy to take control! These are the issues! Let's discuss them!

Closing Statements

I have made my case to the people of this nation. I grew up in a middle class family in New York; attended a public school, and when I attended the University of Chicago on a scholarship, I organised civil rights protests, marched with Martin Luther King, Jr and was arrested in the course of one protest. I have stood my entire life for the middle and working class, and I don't intend to stop now.

Elizabeth Warren:

I am honored to be at another debate tonight, and I look forward to answering the questions posed to the best of my ability.

Obamacare is light-years ahead of what came before it, however what needs to be done is a more universal system needs to be introduced. As President, I will push for the passage of a Universal Health Care system modeled after the United Kingdom's NHS.

Dodd-Frank simply does not go far enough to deal with the problems the banking industry has faced. At a minimum, I would at a minimum, ask Congress to pass legislation re-introducing Sections 20 and 32 of the Glass-Steagall act. I would also ask Congress to pass legislation that would allow the Secretary of the Treasury to authorize the breaking up of the largest banks operating in the United States, like Citgroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo.

How is the Senate supposed to advise and consent on any nominee, be it for the executive or the judicial branch, without holding hearings on that nominee? Joe Biden was wrong in 1991, and Mitch McConnell is wrong today, plain and simple.

I don't currently have a private email server. I do have a separate email address for non-work email, but that, as far I'm aware, is not a server. And, in any event, even if I previously had a private server, I'm not dumb enough to bring one to the White House, where I'd have classified information flying around left and right.

To voters in both South Carolina, and in all Super Tuesday states, and territories, this is your last chance to make a decision. I hope I've made a good impression on you.

Stephen Pearcy and Marco Rubio Face Off in Debate

Opening Statements
Thank you Wolf. This election, we have to decide the identity of America in the 21st century, but as part of this primary, we have to find out our identity as a party and as a movement.

Thirty-six years ago, Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush began the Reagan Revolution. For a generation, they defined conservatism as limited government and free enterprise and a strong national defense. But they also appealed to our hopes and our dreams. Now we have to decide whether we are still that kind of party and still that kind of movement.

I want to tell you, there's a lot of young people watching tonight. You can do whatever you want to do in your life. America is an amazing country, where a kid like me can grow up to run for president of the United States and be on this stage tonight. So to all the young people that are out there, your hopes, your dreams, pursue them. Shoot for the stars. America's great, and you can do it.

I hope we remain that conservative movement that appeals to our hopes and our dreams and the belief that America will always be better in its future than it's been in its story history.

Senator Rubio: You and Mr. Pearcy have recently engaged in a back and forth over the legacy of Republican President Ronald Reagan. Certainly, every GOP candidate since Reagan has been trying to wrap themselves in the Reagan mantle. Why, Senator Rubio are you that candidate?

Well first of all, I am running as my own man. I am proud to have grown up under the Reagan Revolution, I am proud to be a children of the Reagan Revolution and I am proud to be endorsed by his son Michael. I got to remind you, Mr. Pearcy, that you distanced from yourself and quoted Ronald Reagan by saying that « the government is not solution to the problem », which we both agree you and I. But the bottom line is you are no Ronald Reagan either.

Reagan had a vision for America's future. And if you think about what Ronald Reagan inherited, it's not unlike what the next president is going to inherit. We have the worst president in 35 years, 35 years back would have made it Jimmy Carter. That's what Ronald Reagan inherited. And I think the question you would ask is, how did you inspire again the American people to believe in the future? What did it take to ensure that the American people, despite all of the difficulties of the time? You look back at that time, the American military was in decline. Our standing in the world was in decline. We had hostages being held in Iran. Our economy was in bad shape. The American people were scared about the future. They were scared about what kind of country their children were going to live in and inherit. And yet somehow Ronald Reagan was able to instill in our nation and in our people a sense of optimism. And he turned America around because of that vision and ultimately because of that leadership. This country needs someone just like that. And if our next president is even half the president Ronald Reagan was, America is going to be greater than it has ever been.

During his first election at the presidency in 1980, Ronald Reagan won 36 % of Hispanic voters, 14 % of African Americans, 55 % of whites, 51 % of Catholics, over 40 % among young voters (18-29 years old), 54 % of Independent voters and 26 % of the Democratic voters. Thanks to the Reagan Coalition, Ronald Reagan won in 1980 and 1984 by landslides. Over the years, sometimes Republicans have thought that one part of the Reagan coalition was more important than the other. I think they're all important. And we need to recapture all these parts of that coalition. I am the only candidate on this stage who can rebuild the Reagan Coalition.

During all my election performances, I did well among young people, which we saw it not only during my 2010 election but also during all the previous four Republican contests (Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada). I understand the economic and social struggles of young people, including Millennials. I know that He knows that free market and education reform, and not higher taxes and lifetime of debt, is the solution to their struggles. As a member of the Hispanic community, I understand the struggles facing America's Hispanic community and I proposed free market solutions to their problems. That's how I largely won the Hispanic vote in Florida six years ago and in the Nevada caucuses two days ago. I am proud to be in the party of Abraham Lincoln who abolished slavery and freed African Americans from slavery and I defended Abraham Lincoln's legacy by supporting Governor Nikki Haley's efforts to remove the Confederate flag from South Carolina's Capitol Hill. That's how I largely won the African American vote during the South Carolina primary. If I'm the nominee, I will be the most conservative Republican nominee since Ronald Reagan because, unlike Mr. Pearcy, I am 100 % pro-life and I am a strong defender of the Second Amendment and I am a champion of freedom of religion, which will encourage all evangelicals and all conservatives of all kinds to go to the polls instead of staying home on Election Day. So, by rebuilding this great and powerful coalition called the Reagan coalition, we will unite and grow the Republican Party and win this election. That's why I am the only candidate on this stage who can defeat whoever the Democratic nominee will be.

We need a real fiscal conservative presidential nominee to lead our party and I am the only one on this stage who is proposing conservative solutions to the problems facing our nation. That's why I am endorsed by Americans for Tax Reform and by The Economist. While Stephen Pearcy's agenda represents the exact contrary of Ronald Reagan's legacy, a legacy that made America great, safe and prosperous. Mr. Pearcy seeks to reinstate Dodd-Frank, an anti-free market policy that reduced consumer choice while driving consumer costs and the compliance burden higher and made America a harder place to do business by eviscerating small businesses and small banks by wiping out small and mid-size banks that loan money to small businesses, which is causing American small businesses' decline. By repealing Dodd-Frank, we will make America the best place in the world to start a business. Mr. Pearcy wants to make us less competitive in the world economy through protectionist policies that will kill American jobs and restrict opportunities to create jobs in America through lower tariffs and lower costs for American products. The right solution to the problem is to reduce the cost of doing business in America, to cut taxes and regulations for businesses, including manufacturing businesses, which will help us to keep American manufacturing jobs here in America. And we also must reduce our corporate tax rate from 40 % to 20 %, which will help us to take the upper hand in the Trans-Pacific Partnership, to be much more competitive in the global economy and to ensure massive job creation here in America. You know why? Because Singapore has a 17 % flat tax rate, which explains why they have one of the lowest unemployment rates among developed countries, which is only 1.8 %. My opponent Stephen Pearcy wants to withdraw America from our fight against terrorism, which will hand a massive victory to ISIS, to international terrorism, to Assad, to Iran and to Vladimir Putin. This will make the world less safe, put it in a chaotic situation, allow further terrorist attacks around the world and a nuclear Iran that would destroy our country as well as our allies. We need strong American leadership make the world safe, to defeat terrorism and to restore freedom and democracy around the world.

Ronald Reagan grew the US economy through free market policies such as tax cuts, reduction of government spending, free trade, business championing and curbing inflation, which created over 16 million new jobs during the 8 years of Reagan's presidency. Ronald Reagan kept our country safe and contributed to America's victory in the Cold War against the USSR through a stronger defense spending, stronger US military, stronger and expanded partnerships with our allies and stronger diplomacy. That's what we need in order to get America back on track.

We will do it by cutting government spending as well as taxes and regulations for all the American people and American businesses, abolishing the IRS and putting in place a 15 % flat tax, getting America to energy independence, opening more trade with our allies, reforming our education, balancing the budget and making America the best place in the world to do business by making the cost of doing business in America lower and reducing our corporate tax rate. We will do it by reinforcing and modernizing our military, reinforcing and expanding our military partnerships with our allies, striking terrorists on their turf through military force, arming forces which we know are anti-ISIS and anti-terrorist, restoring sanctions against Iran to stop them from having the necessary capitals to develop nuclear weapons and destroying any nation and by reinforcing our military presence on the Pacific Ocean in order to stop North Korea from triggering a nuclear war by striking his neighbors through its nuclear missiles.

That's why my agenda is the best path to a brighter future for America, to permanent economic prosperity here on the land of opportunity, which will allow our children, including my four children, and future generations to become the most prosperous Americans that ever lived. That's why my agenda is the best path to help America to triumph against radical Islamic terrorism just like Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush defeated the USSR and won the Cold War. That's how we're going to make the 21st century a New American Century.

Mr. Pearcy: Mr. Pearcy do you've often talked about America first and certainly that slogan conjures up thoughts of the non-interventionist prior to WW II, what does America first mean to you?

Stephen Pearcy and Marco Rubio Face Off in Debate
Senator Rubio: You are calling yourself the peace and security, and today more Americans are concerned about their safety than at any other time in recent history. How do we as a nation balance people's freedoms and liberties, while keeping us safe?

Well Wolf, over the last few years, we saw a drastic rise of radical Islamic terrorism, which is marked by ISIS' territorial expansion in Iraq and Syria, by multiplied terrorist attacks in Turkey, France and here in the United States as we saw in Garland, San Bernardino and Philadelphia. The reason why we were attacked in San Bernardino is because our security measures were weakened, because we did not have access to records, information and other items under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that would have allowed us to identify these killers before they attacked. The reason of this matter of fact is because the Congress has voted in favor of weakening our surveillance program on June 2015, six months before the San Bernardino attacks. ISIS' rise is caused by our troops' withdrawal from Iraq while their duty to train Iraqi troops and to fight terrorism was not accomplished yet. As a result, ISIS took advantage of Iraqi troops' unreadiness and these terrorists were able to expand their turf until Baghdad, thus increasing their influence in an important part of the world. The Iran nuclear deal has lifted the sanctions against Iran, which is giving them the revenues for the development of nuclear weapons, will allow them to launch nuclear attacks against us and our allies and to sponsor international terrorism. We also have North Korea led by a lunatic leader who seeks to destroy its neighbors and to trigger a nuclear war against us and our allies through nuclear attacks, which would cost millions of lives. Barack Obama's lack of leadership on foreign policy explains why the American people don't trust this administration to fight terrorism and keep us safe.

We can balance the American people's freedoms and liberties while keeping us safe by using all the necessary tools to fight and defeat terrorism because terrorists are the ones who are threatening our people's freedoms and liberties. They attack us because we believe in freedom of press, freedom of speech, freedom of religion and gender equity, all values defended by the Constitution of the United States. Under the Rubio Administration, we will keep our people free and safe by reinforcing and modernizing our Homeland security measures and technologies as well as our military and our Navy, by strengthening and expanding our military alliances in Europe and in the Middle East, by striking radical Islamic terrorists on their territory with our military arsenals, by providing weapons to anti-ISIS forces, by putting in place background checks on Syrian rebels in order to help us identifying which ones deserve to armed and those who don't because of ties and allegiance to terrorist groups (ISIS, Al Qaida, Al Nosra, etc.), by restoring sanctions against Iran in order to stop them from getting nuclear weapons and orchestrate nuclear attacks against anybody and by putting in place an anti-missile shield that will destroy any nuclear missile launched by Iran. Thanks to military collaboration with our allies around the Pacific, to an anti-missile defense program and to stronger sanctions against North Korea and against companies serving as financial intermediaries to Pyongyang to fund their nuclear program, we will prevent any war against North Korea while keeping us safe.

Stronger security measures and stronger American military is putting America first because it's in America's national security interests. As a member of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, I know what it takes to keep America safe and free and I have a clear record in doing so, which we can see with my bill adopted in 2015 and sanctioned the Hezbollah and with my co-sponsored North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 adopted last month. That's why I am the best prepared to be commander-in-chief, to face the enemy, to fight and defeat radical Islamic terrorism, to keep us free and safe and to reinforce international peace.

Mr. Pearcy: Sir, you have never held elected office prior to running for President. if you are elected how will you be able to forge a working relationship with Congress?

[Pearcy's answer]

To all the Candidates: What is the criteria for your pick for a Supreme Court Nominee, and shouldn't President Obama be allowed to put forth a nominee, given it is one of his powers as President?

Maybe it's one of his powers as President, but our party is controlling both the Senate and the House of Representatives, so the President can't override the majority to promote partisan actions. Barack Obama is unable to defend the American people who wants to defend their values, which is why they contributed to our majority in both Houses of the Congress, which is why we won the 2014 midterm elections. If Merrick Garland is nominated, we will have a liberal Supreme Court, which will cause the death of unborn babies, to a violation of the Second Amendment and of religious freedom. We can't let that happen.

During an interview with CNN, Mr. Pearcy has said that his appointee to replace Justice Scalia would be a constitutionalist that must also be very moderate on some issues. He remained unclear on which issues his nominee would be moderate. On abortion? On same-sex marriage? On giving constitutional rights to Guantanamo terrorists? Abortion is never good, we don't settle a disaster through another disaster that kills an unborn baby. We can promote adoptions instead, which will give these children the right to live and to be loved and allow children who don't want to have child not to have it without killing him. Guantanamo terrorists are not U.S. citizens and they committed terrorist attacks against the United States and our allies, killing tens of thousands of people around the world.

For me, the criteria for my nominee to replace Antonin Scalia is absolutely clear. It will be a constitutional conservative who will wholeheartedly defend all the values that make America great : free enterprise, the right to self-defense through the protection of the Second Amendment, promotion of life through restricting abortion, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of press and national security.

Closing Statements

Thank you everybody for watching tonight.

This is a difficult time in our country. Our economy's flat, it's not creating the jobs it once did, and people struggle living paycheck to paycheck. Our culture's in trouble. Wrong is considered right and right is considered wrong.

All the things that once held our families together are now under constant assault. And around the world, America's reputation is in decline. Our allies don't trust us, our adversaries don't fear us, Iran captures our sailors and parades them before the world on video.

These are difficult times, but 2016 can be a turning point. That's why I'm running for president, and that's why I'm here today to ask you for your vote. If you elect me president, we are going to re-embrace free enterprise so that everyone can go as far as their talent and their work will take them.

We are going to be a country that says that "life begins at conception and life is worthy of the protection of our laws." We're going to be a country that says "that marriage is between one man and one woman." We are going to be a country that says, "The constitution and the rights that it talks about do not come from our president, they come from our creator." We are going to be loyal to our allies like Israel, not enemies like Iran. And we will rebuild the U.S. military so no one will there test it.
That's why I am asking for your vote because if you put your trust in me, I will unify this party. I will grow it. We will win this election, and we will make the 21st century a new American century.

Stephen Pearcy and Marco Rubio Face Off in Debate

I like to thank my supporters who gave me great boost in polling and I think it will be enough to make me win Nevada.

1.I feel like I am more like Ronald Reagan for better or for worse I mean lets look at this shall we.

Both are outsiders fighting against the establishment candidate, Both are Hollywood base celebrities, Both have really shocked the establishment and told them yeah we are no joke and both are preaching the message that is people over government and that to quote Reagan from his farewell speech

'The government is the car and we the people are in the driver's seat telling the car where to go"

And yes I have also been endorsed by Nancy Reagan who said my economic plan was just like the late great Ronald.

2.Well Rubio has been endorsed by many warhawks such as Dick Cheney and John Mccain does anyone remember Bomb Iran?

We have been getting ourselfs into unnecessary conflict I remember that Vietnam and Iraq were unpopular conflicts and while we choked in Vietnam lets be honest we still have somewhat of a war in Iraq. We still have troops there and they are still fighting even though the conflict should be over a decade ago.

We need to go after ISIS but with that being said that doesn't mean we need to go into Iran and overthrow Al Assad.  That I think will have the ISIS problem ever worse and that is what I fear with Senator Rubio's plan with Syria.

I believe it will be right to go into a conflict if we are threaten or attacked or either one of our big allies like Canada,United Kingdom,Australia, Japan and South Korea are attacked then yeah send in the troops!

3.I believe the NSA and the Patriot Act have not stopped the threat of terrorism in America.  Homeland Security isn't being better either. You prob will see them more likely arrest someone for bringing weed into a airport than someone that has something that looks like a bomb. Its sad!

I am against this Orwellian style police state system it needs to stop now!

4.I will try to be president of all people. I will work with the congress and the senate you know to help me being president. I also want to be a bipartisan figure. I will work with the house and senate Democrats on issues. I think the congress and senate will love to work on my flat tax cut bill and I think the fact that I am a person that doesn't get angry or has a short temper. I will listen to what they have to say and try to find a way to get it done.

5.We need to get the government out of healthcare and as president of the first things I will do is repeal Obamacare and get Big Pharma which has blocked the free market getting into healthcare out of the way and bring in free enterprise and competition into the health market. I believe that the government should have a right to get involved into your health insurance. Its like the thought of the government being involved in our car insurance.

If you look up my healthcare plan if will be a gift to the free market and a blow to big government crony capitalism.

I fear that either Sanders or Warren if elected will try to expand Obamacare which would mean more tax hikes and longer waiting times and more restrictions,

6.Obama's time is running out and I think it would be unfair for him to in a election year to try to rush and put in a supreme court justice.

I believe the next president of the United States should do it as one of the first things they do when they get it.

And Obama knows his nomination would get shot down anyways.

7:If you want a president that doesn't give it up to the establishment I am that one, If you want a president that is something DC insiders do not want I am that one.

If you want someone who will be a biparstian force in the White House I am that one.

If you want someone that will Make America Great Again

I am that one.
