Only one, the 2012 Leap Day agreement, which the blog 38 North characterized as follows:

So we try one half-assed deal over five years ago which we pulled out of due to a satellite launch, and now all of a sudden it's potential nuclear war?

Relax, Beet, Trump isn't going to nuke NK because he values his bromance with President Xi too much for that, at least for now.

Edited to add - If they fire at one of our ships or send a missile towards us or one of our allies, then all cards are off the table.

But what if he launches strikes that escalates into a full-scale war, and at one point Kim decides he needs to "use it or lose it" on his nukes, and sends one into the middle of Tokyo, or a US military base?

Edit: Also, North Korea has technically been sending missiles towards Japan since 1998, since any missiles that leaves North Korea heading east... even if it's only a test, is heading technically heading towards Japan. That doesn't mean they intend to do harm. The actual target is someplace in the middle of the ocean.

More sanctions, more Chinese pressure, hopefully we scrunch the crazy fat kid's nuts so tight they explode.

As to the OP, full on peace with renegade regimes is a non-starter. It's either status quo or conflict and reunification at this point.
