Other Co-sponsor's as of now -

Sen. McCain, John
Sen. Cantwell, Maria
Sen. King, Angus S., Jr.
Sen. Gillibrand, Kirsten E.
Sen. Sanders, Bernard

Look at Gillibrand's support for other bills -

Social Security Expansion (Lifting the cap) - To Bernie Sanders' bill
15$ Min Wage - Bernie Sanders' Bill
Drug Imports - Bernie Sanders' Bill
College for all - Bernie Sanders' Bill

She has also said she is going to support a Medicare for all (some sort of comments).

So as of now, these are her 2020 positions - Social Security Expansion, 15$ Min Wage, Single Payer, Free Tuition in public colleges, drug imports, Glass Steagal. She also also the one opposing most of Trump's nominees.

Wasn't she a Blue Dog Democrat in the House? She is really making a pitch for the progressive wing & is surprisingly separating herself from the Cory Booker types!

Ever since she got into the Senate, Gillibrand's been sliding left. This just seems to be a continuation of that trend.

In a primary race that lacks a single strong frontrunner, there's going to be a lot of pandering to the base.  It happened during the last few Republican presidential primaries (none of the last three GOP races had a strong frontrunner in the sense that Bush 2000 or even Dole 1996 were strong frontrunners), and it'll probably happen with the Dems now in 2020.

Gillibrand has simply gotten out front on several of these issues, but she's not going to be the only one.  Though I'd be curious to know how many of these things are actually reversals for her.  She mentioned in that NY Mag story that she's actually supported single payer health care for a long time now.

She was always a liberal. She lied about being a Blue Dog to get elected from Upstate New York.

Regardless, I don't think she'd be co-sponsoring virtually every single progressive bill in the Senate right now, or voting against more Trump nominees than anyone else if she wasn't running for president.  There are other liberals in the Senate too, and they're not all co-sponsoring every one of these bills.

She was a moderate because of her district. Since she's gone to the senate she's moved strongly to the left.

A bill by Warren sponsored by McCain and Sanders....  I can't imagine a worse combination of senators. Gillibrand is clearly running in 2020 and wants to have her left flank covered. Just like how she was the only senator to vote against some of Trumps cabinet picks that otherwise would've been unanimous like Mattis.
