What is your opinion of John Howard?

The only FF thing he did was get rid of the guns, but otherwise, massive HP, especially because of the amendment to the marriage act he got through in 2004, which is the reason why SSM is such a major issue over here at the moment, and why all parliament would need to do is just have a free vote, rather than an unessecary, expensive, and divisive plebiscite, which would end in a vote in parliament anyway.
