have been a lot of Club For Growth ads hitting Rice pretty hard.  And SC-7 is potentially winnable with the right Democrat. (So I can't imagine CFG would weaken Rice unless there was a Primary challenge coming.

SC-7 is a new district (2012)... and both elections Rice has won were against a fairly weak Dem challenger (who ran both times).
