I think we can hold it this week. All amendments if my interpretation of the constitution is right.

This is a good amendment and will have my support in the referendum. I feel that the most important aspect of this is the automatic vacation of seats, should people fall inactive. This will hopefully ensure that we'll always have an active Assembly.
