A new bill will have to go back to the House and the old bill can't pass the Senate. Any bill that can pass the Senate can't pass the House, and any bill that can pass the House can't pass the Senate. It looks like it will have the fate of the cap and trade bill in 2009 or Hillarycare. Republicans can't unite behind a feasible alternative to Obamacare and when people realized they don't have a secret plan to fix health care Obama care has become insurmountably popular.
