Upper south, they were smart enough to vote for Clinton in the 90s and Trump/Romney/Bush etc. later.
You do have to be pretty smart to vote for a rapist.

I get you identify your self most with the south(i do the same with the west coast ) but your political views I would say are totally different the the ones from the deep south so you really cant identify your politics with the ones from that region(just like I cant for the west coast).

The Deep South is definitely the most populist region in line with him.

Bill is a terrible person but you have to admit he's a talented politician.
Sure, but that doesn't make one smart for voting for him.
