What sort of challenges have you encountered in polyamorous relationships (as opposed to more traditional ones)?

Felt like it was too cluttered in the other thread.

Sharing my love and attention to both partners has been a challenge for the most part. I never want my partners to feel excluded, but to have the same attention and love they deserve. I don't want to give too much of it to one partner and make the other feel neglected or worse, abandoned. It's very important to find a balance, and I'm still working on that, it's a progress. Communication is a major key in this, I always discuss these things often with both partners among other things. I'm extremely open about these things.

Then there is jealousy, and both of my partners have felt it, and I address their concerns when they feel that way. You can't really tell someone to get over it, jealousy is completely normal, everyone feels it. So I try my best to give them what they need in those moments to help them overcome it.

It's progress, and has gotten much better over time in the last 9 months or so.
