1994 because it turned the GOP into an obstructionist never-compromise party, forced Clinton to become a DINO, and 2000 and 2016 wouldn't have happened without 1994. 1994 also made Dubya governor of Texas. However, even better than reversing 1994 would be reversing 1976 because that would mean the Republicans would get the blame for stagflation and the hostage crisis, denying the GOP the mythology that it's so obsessed with today.
