His profile lists him as not having been on the forum since Friday:

But more strangely, his account doesn’t show up on the members list anymore:

which is what happens for accounts that are banned.

I’ve long held that the mod team doesn’t really need to announce the banning of every newbie who has like 100 posts, but if Kal was banned even temporarily, it’s a strange thing to forget to mention.  Tongue

he told me on facebook chat that he needed to take a break due to urgent IRL reasons and asked to be temp banned by Nym for a bit ( a month)

I know the feeling, mate. When Mikado was promoted to mod, I told him, in a PM, he seemed much cooler before his promotion. 8 years later, when I got access to the cave, I found out that asshole posted my PM there.
