Jeff Sessions was tasked with finding reasons for firing Comey, they hope his successor is going to close the Russia deal...

They didn't think this would be a big deal and they are suggesting, one of the reasons was how bad Comey has treated Hillary.

I for one think there should be an independent investigation just to close this once and for all, but my belief is not because of the firing of Comey. This is just a stupid attempt to make Trump seem corrupt.

why was is soooo necessary to fire comey RIGHT NOW even before the administration even has had time to create a believable narrative?

you could ofc say, the president can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants and PERIOD but the clinton-handling-thing is obscure and an obvious lie.


best case scenario: trump sacked comey out of a tantrum, trying to get back to a sceptical employee.

this is quite a stretch.

you get no net-plus at all doing it that way.

if there is no fire: investigation would have concluded peacefully without any damage at all.

if there is fire: why creating such a stupid narrative "comey was mean to hillary", which no one is going to swallow anyway?


either you believe the prez can do whatever he want....they the hearing you value so much is pointless anway.

or you believe, the prez must handle this matter with the utmost delicacy....then he bungled this whole thing in the worst possible way.

the problem with the trump presidency -as usual - is to figure out, which strange actions are dictated by ulterior motives or just be sheer inexperience.
