This has been a hot rumor on twitter for the past week or two. Now confirmed by CNN.

I have no idea. That is one of the names I have seen talking about it on twitter, but is he the CNN source, or someone else? I presume CNN would not run with it if they did not have some reasonable grounds to think that it is true.

Still unsure. In the Taylor-Schindler-Mensch troika, Mensch is clearly nuts, Schindler solid. Hopefully everything is 2/3.

CNN reporting that this subpoena came after Flynn refused to voluntarily comply with a request for the documents.
